The Rise of the French Brasserie!
Over the past few months we have patiently waited as the design team at Creative Restaurant Group have renovated the space below the Smith Presentation Centre, transforming the Italian eatery Borgo into the new and exciting Parc Café & Brasserie. This traditional French restaurant, located on 16th Avenue across from Tomkins Park, was unveiled March 8th, 2015 to an exuberant group of local foodies. Based on the glowing reviews, the cuisine and the atmosphere did not disappoint.
An exquisite menu, a beautiful bar, an intimate dining room and a view of the kitchen makes Parc Café & Brasserie a place any epicurean would love to be in. Creative Restaurant Group
has successfully opened four notable Italian inspired restaurants in Calgary, as well as other popular restaurants in both Toronto and Edmonton. Their Italian favorites, Posto, Cibo, Bonterra and Scopa have wowed the taste buds of Calgarians and once again they have brought us a phenomenal European concept restaurant in the heart of the Beltline.
Creative Chef Glen Manzer and Parc Executive Chef Claudio Bagnoli have carefully created a rich cuisine with all of the classic French favorites that will bring you back to the blue waters of the Côte d’Azur and the vineyards of Bordeaux. Make sure to make a reservation
, grab your friends and indulge in delicious plates including croquettes, perfectly cooked steak frites and baked to order petite madeleines.
Parc Café & Brasserie has joined the ranks of some of Calgary’s best restaurants located in the Beltline and is just another reason that makes Smith a great place to live.
